Bill Lake Modular Homes are constructed indoors on an assembly line. An assembly line track moves the Modular Homes from one workstation to the next. Independent building inspectors supervise the construction and ensure that all building codes are adhered to during assembly.

Bill Lake Modular Homes are Custom built to your Design Specifications. We do install Customer Supplied Materials. We also offer "Energy Star Rated" Home construction. Check our List and insure your Home design is exactly what your family needs. We will build it exactly as you desire.

Most of our Modular Homes are ready for delivery in 4-6 weeks. They are transported to the building site and assembled with crane.

The placement of the Modular Homes may take from several hours to several days. Once assembled, Modular Homes are essentially indistinguishable from typical site-built homes.

While manufactured homes often decrease in value over time, a well-built Modular Home should have the same longevity as its site-built counterpart, increasing in value over time.
